GTECHNIQ — ceramic coatings

GTECHNIQ Crystal Serum Ultra and EXO ceramic coatings

GTECHNIQ is a British maker of professional car protection products: ceramic coatings for paint, glass, wheels, trim and interiors. Ceramic coatings are nanostructured blends of silanes and siloxanes that chemically bond to the paint or glass once applied by hand.

Po-Manyashkiya Detailing is a GTECHNIQ accredited detailer.

The coatings we apply

Crystal Serum Ultra + EXO v5
A two-layer coating: the first layer bonds to the paint and the second is harder (10H). The best swirl resistance in the range and a 9-year guarantee. Applied only by accredited detailers.
Crystal Serum Light + EXO v5
An optically clear 9H layer with high gloss. Resists chemicals from pH 2 to pH 12. 5-year guarantee when applied by an accredited detailer.
C1 Crystal Lacquer
A thin, hard quartz coating for many surfaces that withstands up to 500°C. Best topped with C2 or EXO for stronger water repellency.
C2 Liquid Crystal
A ceramic sealant for quick protection and gloss for 4–8 months.
G1, C5 and I1
G1 for glass (better visibility in the rain), C5 Wheel Armour for wheels and calipers (up to 600°C) and I1 Smart Fabric for textiles.

How long do polishing and ceramic coating take?

Multi-step paint correction takes 2 to 4 days, and one-step polishing 1 to 3 days. The exact time depends on the size of the car and the condition of the paint, and we confirm it at the inspection.

What is the difference between one-step and multi-step polishing?

One-step polishing suits new cars and light scratches. Multi-step polishing removes around 95% of scratches, so it's the right choice for more damaged paint.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

It depends on the product: C2 Liquid Crystal lasts 4–8 months, C1 Crystal Lacquer has an 18-month warranty, Crystal Serum Light + EXO v5 has 5 years and Crystal Serum Ultra + EXO v5 has a 9-year warranty.

Do I need to book in advance?

Which products do you use?

We use GTECHNIQ products for washing, decontamination and ceramic coatings, 3D Car Care compounds for polishing, and Stek and UPPF films for paint protection.

How do I look after my car after a ceramic coating?

When we hand the car back, we explain how to wash and maintain it so the coating keeps working for as long as possible.
